Kuwait · independent top-up desk
An independent Kuwait desk that handles your stc recharge, so you do not have to queue or hunt for a scratch card. A request needs three details: the prepaid number, Civil ID or contract number, the amount in KWD you want added, and an email for the confirmation. There is no account to create and nothing to install — you pay securely by card once a manager confirms the request.
Every request is read by a person at our Kuwait City desk during working hours.
Three pieces of information are enough, and we deliberately do not collect more than that.
An 8-digit Kuwait prepaid number, a Civil ID, or a contract number for a bill. We never ask for a login, a PIN or a password.
Pick a preset or type any figure between KWD 2 and KWD 50 per request.
Your confirmation and reference code go there. No newsletter, and we do not pass the address on.
The flow is short on purpose. You send a request, we check it, you confirm payment, the balance lands. You can stop at any point before payment and nothing happens.
Open the top-up page, fill in the number or account, the amount and your email, then submit. Nothing is charged at this step.
A person at the Kuwait desk checks the number format and the amount against the limits, then replies from support@kuwaittopup.com to confirm and arrange payment.
Once the card payment clears, the balance is added to the line. Dial your operator's balance code to see the new figure.
Everything below is shown again on the top-up page before you confirm. Nothing is added afterwards.
Preset amounts
If a top-up cannot be completed for any reason, the amount and the service fee both come back to the card that paid. The refund page explains the timescale for each case.
The same desk handles two things: an stc recharge that adds prepaid balance to a voice or internet line, and a quick pay that settles a postpaid bill by number, Civil ID or contract. You choose which one you need on the top-up page.
A prepaid top-up lands as ordinary balance, so it can go toward a call, a data bundle or whatever the line is set up for — we only add the balance, while packages, tariffs and validity belong to the operator. For a bill, quick pay clears the amount due against the account you name.
We handle stc mobile prepaid recharge and stc bills in Kuwait only. If you ask about another operator or a line outside Kuwait, this desk will say so rather than take the request.
You can reach a person by phone or by email. Requests are answered in the order they arrive, and we tell you when something will take longer than usual.
Three pieces of information are enough, and we deliberately do not collect more than that.
Start a top-upOpen the top-up page, choose stc recharge or stc quick pay, enter the prepaid number, Civil ID or contract number, choose or type an amount in KWD, and add an email address. Submit the form. A manager checks the request and contacts you to confirm and arrange payment; the balance is credited after that payment clears.
During working hours, usually within 30 minutes of a cleared payment. Requests that arrive after 18:00 AST, or on Friday and Saturday, are reviewed on the next working day, so the total time is longer.
By bank card, once a manager confirms your request. No card details are collected on this website at any point. We do not take cash or cryptocurrency.
A flat KWD 0.250 service fee per request, always shown before you confirm. The minimum is KWD 2 and the maximum is KWD 50 per request, with up to 5 requests per number per day. Nothing is added after you confirm.
