About the desk
An independent desk for stc top-ups
KuwaitTopUp is a small online service based in Kuwait City. We take stc recharge and stc quick pay requests, check them, and submit them on the customer's behalf. That is the whole business.
What we actually do
Someone who does not want to hunt for a scratch card, or who is topping up a line for a family member across town, sends us a few details. We check them, confirm the amount, and run the stc topup once payment clears. A confirmation with a reference code follows by email.
We charge a flat service fee for that work, shown before you pay. There is no subscription, no membership, and no charge for a request that we cannot complete.
What we are not
We are not a telecom operator and not a government body. We do not issue SIM cards, we do not set tariffs, and we cannot change packages, line validity or bill amounts. If your question is about a charge on the line itself, the operator is the right place to ask.
We also do not resell SIMs, do not offer plans, and do not operate any physical counter that the public can walk into. The Kuwait City address is a working office, not a service point.
Who uses the desk
Mostly people in Kuwait who want to handle an stc recharge from a phone without looking for a shop. A second group is people topping up a line that belongs to someone else — a parent, a spouse, a household worker — where handing over a bank card is not practical.
Both cases need the same few details, and both get the same flat fee.
